Pretty 18ct White Gold Sapphire Solitaire Ring

Vintage Sapphire Solitaire Ring circa 1960.

The claw set oval mid blue sapphire measures approximately .70 carats and has four old cut diamonds claw set to each shoulder measuring .05 carat each side.  The ring has a platinum pierced out gallery and knife edge shoulders leading to an 18ct white gold plain band shank.  To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings which allows the light to shine through.

A really pretty choice as an engagement ring.
