Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Pendant

Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Pendant. Circa 1930.

A central round, rub over set sapphire, measuring .40 carat, surrounded with eight old cut claw set diamonds. The diamonds measures .80 carat, H colour, VS/SI clarity.

Set within an 18 carat white gold mount, non marked and suspended from a single bale. The reverse of the mount has a beautiful scrolled detail. The chain is Platinum marked 950. The length of the chain measures approximately 45 cms.

The pendant measures 12mm in width.

To the reverse the stones are set into an open backed setting to allow light to shine through.
