Art Deco Diamond Solitaire Ring

Art Deco Diamond Solitaire Ring circa 1920's. Platinum set, marked PLAT.

The head of the ring features a beautiful claw set old cut diamond approximately 1.3 carats. Diamond G colour and VS clarity.

Decorative pierced out gallery. Shoulders are set with two enclosed rubover set baguette cut diamonds to each side, approximately .10 carats to each shoulder, leading to a plain band shank.

To the reverse the diamond is set into an open back setting, this allows the light to shine through.

The solitaire diamond measures approximately 7.3 mm width.
