Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond Solitaire Ring. Circa 1930's.
18 carat white gold and platinum set, marked 18CT, PLAT.
The central rectangular sapphire is a beautiful velvet blue colour and measures approximately 2.25 carats. Sapphire and diamonds are all claw set.
Decorative pierced out gallery. Step down, diamond set shoulders with five diamonds to each side. Plain band shank. Diamonds G colour, VS clarity. Total diamond content measures approximately .20 carat.
To the reverse the sapphire and diamonds are set into open backed settings to allow the light to shine through. Head of the ring measures approximately 13mm.
This would make a wonderful dress or engagement ring.
The majority of our rings can be resized. The first resizing will be done at our expense and can take up to five working days.
