1 Carat Art Deco Platinum Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring

1 Carat Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring. Art Deco circa 1930. Platinum, 10 % iridium and platinum marked 10% IRID. PLAT. Set in a square setting an old cut diamond.

Diamond measures approximately 1 carat. Diamond H Colour, VS Clarity.  Step down diamond set shoulders, three old cut diamonds  to each shoulder. All diamonds are claw set. Pierced out gallery. Plain band shank.

To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.

The diamond solitaire measures approximately 6 mm across.
