A fine quality Vintage (circa 1940's) Platinum, 3 carat Diamond Locket Heart Pendant.
Set to the front with 101 Pavé set old cut diamonds. The pendant is modelled in solid Platinum (unmarked). To the reverse is a polished solid platinum finish.
The heart opens to reveal a locket compartment.
The pendant comes with a 16 inch platinum chain and weighs 13g.
The Heart measures 22mm by 23 mm.
