Art Deco 18ct Rose Gold Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

Brilliant Blue Sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Art Deco circa 1930.

18 carat rose gold, non marked. The lovely oval cut sapphire is complemented by an outer border of ten old cut diamonds. Sapphire and diamonds are all claw set in platinum. The decorative pierced out gallery and decorative shoulders with an old cut diamond to each side lead to an 18ct rose gold plain band shank. Diamonds approximately .50 carat, H Colour, VS/SI Clarity.  To the reverse the sapphire and diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.

This would make a beautiful engagement or dress ring and be sure to attract plenty of attention.
