Friar House
Stunning Five Stone Diamond Ring circa 1930.
Five beautiful graduated old mine cut diamonds, set in a platinum raised claw gallery, measuring a total of approximately 1.00 carat, H colour and VS/SI clarity. Plain shoulders lead to an unmarked 18ct yellow gold plain band shank. The head of the ring measures 19mm in width. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
In our many years experience we have found that five stone rings are more suited to a broader hand.
The Diamond five stone makes a superb engagement ring pairing well with a wedding band or to mark a special anniversary.
