Exquisite Sapphire and Diamond Triple Cluster Ring from the 1900s.
Featuring three mid blue, round cut sapphires, each encircled by rose cut diamonds. Â The sapphires weigh approximately 0. 40 carats in total, and the diamonds weigh approximately 0.40 carats. The sapphires and diamonds are all claw set in a decorative gallery, with scrolled shoulders leading to an unmarked 18ct yellow gold plain band shank. Â The head of the ring measure approx 17mm in width. To the reverse the ring has an open backed setting, which allows the maximum amount of light to shine through.
This would make a perfect engagement ring or anniversary present.
