Choosing antique jewellery is one of life's more personal decisions and one I believe you should never have to make alone. After more than thirty years handling, studying and falling in love with pieces from every era, I've put together these guides to share a little of what I know: how to read a hallmark, what to look for in an Art Deco clasp, why Georgian paste deserves far more credit than it gets.

My hope is that they give you the confidence to ask the right questions and trust your eye - whether you're buying your first antique piece or adding to a collection you've spent a lifetime building.
