Lovely Diamond Cluster Ring from the 1930s.
Featuring a central old cut diamond surrounded by a halo of eight further old cut diamonds claw set in a platinum rub over setting, approximately .35 carats in total. The diamonds are H colour and VS clarity. The head of the ring measures 9mm in width and is supported by a decorative pierced out gallery and knife edge shoulders which lead to an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shank, marked 18CT. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
