Flapper Style Diamond Bombé Ring, circa 1920.
The head of this beautiful bombé shaped ring features a single old cut diamond in a rub over setting complemented by a pierced out decorative diamond set mount. Total diamond content measures approximately .75 carat, H colour and VS/SI clarity. All the diamonds are claw set within millegrain edged settings on an unmarked 18ct white gold ribbed band shank. The head of the ring measures 13mm in width. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
This would make a wonderful dress or engagement ring.
