Friar House
A beautifully crafted old cut diamond drop necklace, circa 1930's.
Featuring two old cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.90 carats, H colour and SI clarity, millegrain set in platinum and mounted in 18ct yellow gold which are separated by a knife edge bar in platinum topped 18ct yellow gold. The diamond to the top measures approximately 0.25 carats, with the lower diamond measuring approximately 0.65 carats. The pendant measures approximately 47.5cm in total length. Both diamonds are set into open backed settings to allow the maximum amount of light to shine through.
This pendant is a beautiful example of the Art Deco period that would look equally stunning as day or evening wear.
