Super Diamond Daisy Cluster Ring, circa 1930.
The central circular old cut diamond is surrounded by a halo of ten grain set old cut diamonds in a platinum millegrain rub over setting, with a single diamond to each shoulder also set in leaf shaped millegrain edged settings. The total diamond content is approximately .30 carat, H colour and VS clarity. The head of the ring measures 12mm in width and is supported by a decorative pierced out gallery leading to an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shank, marked 18CT PLAT. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
