Art Deco Diamond Solitaire ring, circa 1930.
Featuring a stunning central emerald cut diamond in a four claw setting, which measures approximately 2 carats, J colour and VS clarity. Each shoulder features two descending, stepped baguette cut diamonds measuring approximately .44 carats in total, in encased rub over settings. The decorative pierced out gallery and plain shoulders lead to a platinum plain band shank (marked PT). The head of the ring measures 14mm in width, with the solitaire diamond measuring 6mm x 9mm. The diamonds are set into an open backed setting which allows the maximum amount of light to shine through.
This gorgeous ring would make a fabulous engagement ring.
