Friar House
A very pretty Vintage Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1940.
The central circular old cut diamond is surrounded by a halo of eight old cut diamonds all claw set in platinum, approximately .50 carats in total, H colour and VS/SI clarity. The head of the ring measures 9mm across and is supported by a decorative pierced out gallery, knife edge shoulders and mounted on to an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shanks faintly marked 18CT. Â To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings which allow the maximum amount of light to shine through.
This lovely ring would be a perfect engagement ring or an 18th or 21st birthday gift.Â
