Friar House
A beautiful Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1940.
The central circular old cut diamond is surrounded by a halo of eight old cut diamonds all claw set in platinum, approximately .50 carats in total, H colour and VS/SI clarity. The head of the ring measures 9mm across and is supported by a decorative pierced out gallery, heavy 'D' shaped shoulders and mounted on to an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shank, clearly marked 18CT. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings which allow the maximum amount of light to shine through.
This lovely ring would be perfect for everyday wear as it sits low on the finger.
