Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring Circa 1920

1920's Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring.

The central oval Blue Sapphire measures approximately .75 carat and is surrounded by an outer circle of old cut diamonds measuring .80 carat, G colour and VS clarity.  Each shoulder is set with one diamond. The sapphire and diamonds are all claw set with a decorative pierced out gallery on an 18 carat yellow gold grooved band shank. To the reverse the stones are set into an open backed setting which allows the light to shine through. 

This would make a beautiful dress or engagement ring.
