Impressive Platinum 1940's 2 carat Diamond Eternity Ring

A beautiful Full Set Diamond Eternity Ring from around 1940.

The old cut diamonds have a total weight of approximately 2 carats, are G colour, VS clarity and are claw set with plain platinum polished sides.  To the reverse the diamonds are set in an open work cut out leaf shape design this was done by hand from a skilled jeweller, this attention to detail you don’t see in modern mass produced jewellery. 

This can be worn paired with an engagement ring, in place of a wedding band, or as a stacking ring.
