Art Deco 18ct Yellow Gold Diamond and Sapphire Daisy Cluster Ring
Art Deco 18ct Yellow Gold Diamond and Sapphire Daisy Cluster Ring
Very Pretty Diamond and Sapphire Daisy Cluster Ring dating from the 1930's.
The centrally set sapphire is surrounded by six smaller diamonds. The sapphire measures approximately .20 carat and the diamonds measure a total of approximately .50 carat, H colour and VS clarity. The sapphire and diamonds are claw set in platinum on a pierced out gallery with knife edge shoulders leading to a plain band, 18 carat yellow gold, shank. The head of the ring measures 12mm in width. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.
This pretty ring sits low on the finger so is a practical ring to wear as an engagement ring. It would also be a good choice for a 21st Birthday or as an everyday dress piece.
