Friar House
Art Deco Diamond Solitaire Ring, Circa 1930.
This lovely ring has a central claw set, old round cut diamond measuring approximately .60 carat, H colour and SI clarity. Â The ring has step down shoulders, each with three old cut claw set diamonds approximately .10 carat in total, a pierced out decorative gallery and non marked platinum plain band shank. Â The head of the ring measures 5mm in width. Â To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings which allows the light to shine through.
This is a stunning example of true Art Deco style with the step down shoulders. It would make a unique engagement ring.
